Credit Cards are processed by each individual store. All returns, credits, and /or refunds come from the individual store not from Aspen Peak Internet Mall. Some stores have different policies and credit card acceptance. If you have a credit card dispute you can contact Aspen Peak and we will try to help resolve the issue. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Aspen Peak Mall. (See individual manufactures for policies regarding items purchased from the web store.) We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unusable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days.

Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Oversized and extremely heavy products are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the product.

Special order products will incur an additional charge of $10.00 per item due to the additional labor required in ordering these products directly from the manufacture.

Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all geographical locations.
